Job Description
The Junior Graphic Designer designs brochure and other company print material. As well as being an integral and well-respected part of the team, he or she needs to be extremely organized, highly motivated, be able to manage company processes, and be passionate about moving the company forward.
Responsibilities
  • Design catalogs, logos, and graphics for company print material.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and execute other design projects from start to finish.
  • Design marketing materials for both print and digital, such as flyers, posters, packaging, event collaterals, brochures, visual display, etc.
  • Develop digital assets such as web banners, website imagery, social media graphics, emailers, e-newsletters, videos, and animation.
  • Support the Marketing team on all kinds of artwork creation, adaption, localization, resizing, product visuals for branding, and promotional use, where necessary.
  • Ensure creatives are error-free, and all marketing collaterals are consistent and according to brand guidelines.
  • Execute brand management and maintain the outlined standards
  • Execute and deliver outstanding visual imagery for Onsite Campaigns, Social Media, Brand Campaigns, and Offline Marketing Channels within timeline, brief, and schedule
  • Drive and support design creativities through composition, styling, and layouts.
  • Create visual designs that excellently communicate campaigns and seasonal trend concepts.
  • Maintain brand identity and design consistency across all visuals.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • 1 year of digital design experience. Degree in Expert knowledge: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Video editing
  • Graphic/Multimedia Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, Advertising or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Adobe After Effects, Adobe InDesign, will be an added advantage
  • High attention to detail and very organized
  • High conceptual ability, partnered with strong design aesthetics.
  • Experience working on web and offline designing, social media communication ads, email blast, display advertising, and interactive motion visuals
  • Understands how ideas translate into different types of media and the difference between a good idea and tactics
  • Ability to convert complex information into understandable solutions/visuals
  • A strong desire to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work well as part of a team.
