Localization
โ€ข Define business and functional requirements for multilingual content delivery (Brazilian Portuguese, Mexican Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese).
โ€ข Support integration of translation tools such as DeepL and Phrase.
โ€ข Partner with localization teams and language experts to ensure accuracy and quality.
Assessments
โ€ข Work with internal partners on assessment authoring and delivery requirements.
โ€ข Participate in evaluation and RFP processes with external vendors.
โ€ข Document workflows for skills based content and assessment platforms.
ICAP
โ€ข Document requirements for ICAP content authoring and delivery workflows.
โ€ข Collaborate with Education, Engineering, and Product teams on end to end ICAP capability definition.
Qualifications
