Yakima, Washington | Full-Time

An established, locally owned company in the Yakima Valley is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead its day-to-day operations and help guide its next chapter.

We are a multi-department organization with approximately 25–50 employees. We’re looking for someone who can lead people, solve complex problems, improve systems, and help run a healthy and profitable business.

This is a hands-on leadership role working directly with ownership and department leaders. The right person will be comfortable moving between people, operations, financials, and strategy while keeping the organization moving in the same direction.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop managers and their teams

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments

• Improve communication, accountability, and collaboration across the company

• Develop and manage budgets and work with department leaders to improve profitability

• Strengthen systems, processes, and organizational structure

• Monitor company performance and help identify where changes are needed

• Partner directly with ownership on company goals, challenges, and future direction

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading teams and managing business operations

• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial performance, and profitability

• Experience overseeing multiple teams or departments

• Experience or working knowledge in construction, project management, or related industries is preferred

• Strong people leadership and the ability to coach and develop managers

• Good judgment, organization, and problem-solving skills

• A track record of following through and holding yourself and others accountable
