Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift | Overtime Opportunities

Location: Medford, Oregon


Job Overview:
BBSI is hiring a motivated, dependable, and self-starting team member on behalf of a local client in the landscaping industry. We are seeking someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in quality work. This role requires someone who can work well with a team while also being comfortable working independently.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform landscape maintenance and basic landscape construction tasks
  • Mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and blowing
  • Operate a variety of landscape maintenance and construction tools and equipment
  • Perform proper trimming and pruning practices
  • Assist with general landscaping duties including clean-up and site maintenance
  • Work safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards


Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license required – not negotiable
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of landscape maintenance tools and equipment preferred
  • Knowledge of proper trimming and pruning practices preferred
  • 1+ year of landscape maintenance experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred


Compensation:

  • Pay rate: $16–$25/hour, depending on experience
