Job description

Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive patient care in a long‑term care or geriatric setting for a 13‑week contract in or near Glenwood, Minnesota. The role includes medication administration, interdisciplinary collaboration, and documentation in electronic health records.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide comprehensive patient care to residents in a long‑term care setting, ensuring safety, comfort, and well‑being.

  2. Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders and facility protocols.

  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans.

  4. Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in electronic health records.

  5. Educate patients and family members on health management, discharge instructions, and personalized care strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Valid RN license in the state of Minnesota

  • CPR certification, BLS certification, and HIPAA compliance

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in a long‑term care or geriatric setting

  • Ability to work 12‑hour day shifts
