Responsibilities

Operate a commercial truck safely and efficiently for local deliveries and pick-ups.

Transport goods in a timely and secure manner to designated locations within the local area.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring it is in safe operating condition.

Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and any incidents or issues encountered.

Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.

Assist with loading and unloading of cargo as needed.


Requirements

Valid CDL Class A license required.

Clean driving record.

At least 2 years of verifiable driving experience.

Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.

Familiarity with Carson City and surrounding Nevada routes.

Strong understanding of transportation safety regulations.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to drive manual transmission
