As a Community Engagement Specialist for We Care A/C Plumbing and Electric, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's local presence. You will be responsible for creating engaging and relevant content for social media and actively engaging with the communities surrounding our branches. Your goal is to connect with and build lasting relationships with local customers, ultimately driving brand loyalty and increasing local branch visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Outreach:Â Act as the primary liaison between our branches and their respective communities, fostering strong relationships, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for engagement and collaboration
- Local Events:Â Organize and participate in local events, community outreach programs, and sponsorships to promote our brand and establish a visible presence in the community
- Brand Representation:Â Represent our brand in a positive and professional manner at all times, embodying our core values and maintaining the highest ethical standards
