Job description

Interstate Electronics Company, a leading Chicago based communications systems contractor, seeks a Local Truck Driver for its Willowbrook, Illinois location.

Responsibilities:

  • Operating a small box truck or full size van
  • Delivering, loading and unloading supplies and equipment to sites throughout the Chicagoland area
  • Warehouse support
  • Typical working hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with some overtime available, especially during the summer months.
  • Applicants should be comfortable driving an E350 cube van and occasionally towing a trailer with a scissors lift.

Experience and Skills:

  • A valid Illinois drivers license
  • A clean driving record
  • The ability to lift 50lbs
  • Knowledge of the roadways around Chicago and the surrounding suburbs
