Job Title: Sales Representative - Tree Services (Leads Provided)


Full-Time | In-Person | Uncapped Commission | Monday-Friday (Occasional Saturdays)

Position Overview: Job Summary

We're hiring a motivated and personable Sales Representative to meet with potential clients, assess tree care needs, and close high-value service deals. This is a 100% commission-based role with leads provided - giving you the opportunity to earn based on your performance while selling services people truly need.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with residential and commercial clients in person
  • Assess tree conditions and make expert recommendations
  • Present estimates and proposals for services (pruning, removal, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Maintain accurate notes and activity in CRM software
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
  • Stay current on best practices in arboriculture and tree care


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (any industry)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Interest in arboriculture, landscaping, or tree care is a plus


Compensation & Schedule:

  • Pay: 100% Commission-Based (Uncapped earning potential)
