They are responsible for all communication with crew members and the public while climbers are aloft in trees or aerial lift trucks.Groundsmen are essential to how our crews function day to day. This is a hands-on entry-to-early-career role for someone who wants to learn the trade, work hard, and grow within a professional tree care team.
