A Plus Tree is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence across commercial, HOA, multi-family, and municipal markets. This is a high-impact, field-based role with real earning potential and the autonomy to build your own book of business. This position operates in our Pacific Northwest market. Our ideal candidate is located in either the Portland or Seattle Metro area.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Prospecting & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, multi-family, HOA, and municipal accounts.
  • Drive outbound activity through networking, direct outreach, site visits, and participation in industry associations.
  • Position A Plus Tree as the preferred provider for tree care, vegetation management, and urban forestry services.

Sales Execution & Revenue Growth

  • Collaborate with our Urban Forest Manager to strengthen and build client relationships.
  • Drive revenue growth through new account acquisition, contract renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct drop ins, host lunch and learns, educational events to teach potential clients of our service offerings.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Background in commercial services, landscaping, construction, multi-family, or a related industry is a strong plus.
