Primary Responsibilities
  • Provides leadership in daily clinical operations of the Operating Room, Pain, and Central Sterile Processing Department, in accordance with established State rules and regulations, and AAAHC standards for ambulatory surgical facilities
  • Develops and enforces compliance with ASC policies and procedures
  • Works closely with the providers, ASC Director, Clinical-Quality Manager, other Nurse Managers, Supervisors, and Coordinators, ASC Business Office Manager, ASC Educators, Staff, and Medical Staff Leadership

Required Qualifications
  • BSN or 5+ years of comparable experience in an ASC
  • Texas RN license
  • BCLS, ACLS or ability to obtain within one year of hire date
  • 2+ years of experience with management in perioperative or endoscopy settings
  • Proven computer skills; working knowledge of Word, Power Point
Preferred Qualifications
  • MSN
  • CNOR
  • Ambulatory Surgery Center experience
  • AAAHC preparation experience
  • Computer skills; working knowledge of Word, Power Point

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
