Job description

10‑4 Logistics USA seeks a Local CDL‑A Shuttle Driver to operate 100% dry‑van, no‑touch loads on local routes with daily home time. Scheduled shifts are 12 hours on a 4 days on / 4 days off rotation

  • Compensation & schedule:
    • Starting pay: $22.00/hr (night shift $23.00/hr).
    • Minimum starting: $21.00/hr.
    • Overtime: Ample overtime available.
    • Typical weekly earnings: $800–$1,500 (dependent on hours and overtime).
    • Shift pattern: 12‑hour shifts, home daily, 4 on / 4 off rotation.
  • Minimum qualifications:
    • Valid Class A CDL (CDL‑A).
    • Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and to pass required drug screening.
