Job Description
Position: Admissions Representative - Nursing & Allied Health

Healthcare needs you - and our students need you to guide them from interest to enrollment.
What you'll do:
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who've expressed interest in Unitek programs.
Make 100-150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.
Who you are:
Empathetic, mission-driven communicator who believes education changes lives and strengthens healthcare.
Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and professional follow-up.
Strong consultative sales approach - you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path.
Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).
Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience(including admissions experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis
