What are some common challenges faced by employees working at a local Subway restaurant, and how can they be managed?

Employees at a local Subway often juggle multiple tasks such as preparing food, handling customer service, and maintaining cleanliness, which can be challenging during peak hours. Managing customer expectations, especially when orders are customized or during busy periods, requires strong communication and time-management skills. Teamwork is crucial, as staff must coordinate closely to ensure quick service and quality food. By staying organized and communicating effectively with colleagues, employees can better manage these challenges and contribute to a positive work environment.
