About the Role

Our Client is hiring a Sr. Manager, Field Marketing based in Buena Park, CA to lead regional field marketing for the Central/Sunbelt region. This role reports to a Sr. Director of Field Marketing (Southern California) and will drive brand awareness, guest acquisition, and local market sales through data-driven, community-focused initiatives across franchise and company-owned markets. The position requires partnering with Operations, Digital Marketing, and Franchise Development and involves both strategic program design and hands-on execution.

  • Build and execute field marketing strategies to drive guest traffic, trial, and community engagement.
  • Develop scalable programs for grand openings, local store marketing, regional campaigns, and community partnerships.
  • Use data and analytics to identify high-impact market opportunities and optimize performance across regions.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing and Digital teams to localize national campaigns and ensure seamless execution.
  • Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and accountability across the field marketing team.
  • Build relationships with franchisees and provide marketing guidance and support to help achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Digital Marketing, and Product teams to align initiatives and maintain brand execution.
  • Serve as a marketing liaison to regional leadership and franchise advisory groups.
  • Manage the field marketing budget with ROI-driven decision-making and prudent allocation of resources.
  • Track and report on program performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel regularly (up to 40%) across assigned region and nationally for key initiatives.
