Full-Time Positions

The Concierge Lounge Attendant at a full-service Renaissance hotel in St. Louis is responsible for delivering elevated, personalized service to guests with lounge access, ensuring a refined and welcoming experience that reflects the Renaissance brand standard. This role supports the hotel's commitment to lifestyle hospitality by creating a warm, engaging atmosphere while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Guest Experience & Service

  • Greet guests warmly.
  • Provide attentive food and beverage service during breakfast, evening hors d'oeuvres, and other service periods.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
  • Offer knowledgeable recommendations about hotel amenities and local attractions in St. Louis.
  • Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.

Food & Beverage Presentation

  • Set up, replenish, and break down food and beverage stations according to brand and health standards.
  • Monitor product freshness, quality, and presentation throughout service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of buffet areas, seating, and service stations.

Operational Excellence

  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Track inventory and communicate restocking needs.
  • Coordinate with culinary, front desk, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance in alignment with Renaissance brand standards.
  • Greet all guests in a warm and enthusiastic manner
  • Ensure guests are satisfied & fulfill any additional requests
  • Ensure Food & Beverages are sufficiently stocked at all times
  • Answer questions regarding the food, the hotel & local area
