You’ll grow Gallagher’s footprint in Oregon by building authentic relationships and becoming a trusted presence in the local business community. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a people-first approach, you’ll help small businesses navigate risk while contributing to long-term, sustainable growth in the region. 

  • Build meaningful connections across the local market, developing a strong pipeline through referrals, networking, and community engagement 
  • Establish trust with business owners by understanding their unique challenges and delivering thoughtful, tailored solutions 
  • Help define Gallagher’s reputation in Oregon, bringing a relationship-driven, values-led approach to how we show up in the market 
  • Partner closely with internal experts to deliver well-rounded solutions that truly support clients’ long-term success

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
