Position Overview:
As a Shuttle Bus Driver at Edgewood Tahoe Resort, you are a vital part of the guest experience, ensuring safe, courteous, and timely transportation for our valued guests. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service while transporting guests to various locations around town as well as the airport in a safe, comfortable, and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate resort shuttle vehicles to transport guests to and from the airport, local attractions, restaurants, and other resort-approved destinations.
  • Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor at all times, aligning with Forbes luxury service standards.
  • Follow all traffic laws, resort policies, and safety procedures to ensure the well-being of passengers and the public.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and safe for operation; report any issues promptly.
  • Assist guests with luggage, provide information about the local area and resort amenities, and respond promptly to guest requests or concerns.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with the transportation and guest services teams to coordinate pick-up and drop-off schedules.
  • Accurately document trip logs, mileage, maintenance needs, and guest feedback as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and business.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a hospitality or luxury setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift luggage and assist guests with physical needs.

Physical Requirements:
