Bus Driver - Harrah's Laughlin
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences with a warm, welcoming touch? As a Bus Driver, you'll be the first and last impression for guests arriving through our Charter Air Program and those utilizing our Valet and Bell Desk services. This role is rooted in Family-Style Service-treating every guest like family with genuine care, respect, and hospitality.
Responsibilities
  • Safely operate all company vehicles, including motor coaches, for charter flights, golf outings, shuttle services, and special events
  • Provide seamless support at the Valet booth and Bell Desk during non-driving hours, including answering phones, managing keys, and assisting guests
  • Collaborate with Bell Staff to load and unload luggage, ensuring smooth and friendly guest experiences
  • Navigate crowded parking lots and surface streets in all weather conditions with confidence and care
  • Maintain a positive, energetic demeanor throughout the shift
  • Operate wheelchair lifts and assist guests with mobility needs to ensure accessibility and comfort for all
  • Deliver Caesars Entertainment's Family-Style Service at every interaction

Qualifications
  • Must possess and maintain a Class A or B Commercial Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement
  • Must meet all minimum driving requirements set by Caesars Entertainment
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork
  • Previous driving or guest service experience preferred
  • Ability to remain upbeat and professional in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
