Job description

We’re hiring a skilled HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our growing team. This is a steady, year-round position with a mix of shop fabrication, warehouse support, and local deliveries—ideal for someone who likes staying busy and wearing multiple hats.
If you take pride in clean ductwork, staying organized, and being part of a team that gets things done right, this is a great fit.

What You’ll Do:
  • Fabricate ductwork, plenums, and transitions (layout, cut, bend, assemble).
  • Operate shop equipment (brake, shear, Pittsburgh, etc.).
  • Load, stage, and organize materials for field crews.
  • Make local jobsite deliveries (no overnight travel).
  • Help maintain a clean, efficient, and professional shop.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of HVAC sheet metal fabrication experience (preferred).
  • Comfortable reading basic shop drawings/layouts.
  • Valid driver’s license (Chauffeur’s preferred).
  • Experience driving a box truck or pulling a trailer is a plus.
  • Team player with strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Able to lift 50lbs and stay active throughout the day.
