You will lead the crew and make sure all work meets Four Seasons Kanga Roof's standards. You will start with a pre-job meeting with the Superintendent or Project Manager to go over work orders, crew size, labor budgets, and material needs. Throughout the day, you will check that all safety standards follow OSHA guidelines, that the quality of work meets manufacturer specifications, and that materials are ready for the next step. You will talk regularly with the Sheet Metal Superintendent, Project Manager, general contractors, and building owners. Before leaving the job site, you will make sure the roof is watertight, the area is clean, and all tools and materials are secure.
