CoverSafe is looking for an experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our organic search strategy while supporting our broader digital presence.
We're one of the nation's fastest-growing automatic pool cover companies, serving homeowners through more than 25 locations nationwide. As we grow, we're looking for someone who can strengthen our organic presence, expand our local SEO strategy, support engaging social content, and help us stay ahead of Google's evolving algorithms and AI-powered search.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves digging into data, finding opportunities, creating content, testing strategies, and seeing measurable results.
What You'll Own
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, qualified traffic, and conversions
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and search intent analysis
  • Perform technical SEO audits and identify issues impacting rankings, indexing, site health, and performance
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, metadata, internal linking, and site structure
  • Develop and manage local SEO strategies across 25+ markets, including Google Business Profiles and location-specific content
  • Plan, create, and manage content across company social media platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness
  • Help maintain a consistent brand voice and identify opportunities to connect social content with broader SEO and marketing initiatives
  • Use GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms to monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and overall performance
  • Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, AI search, AEO/GEO, social media trends, and emerging digital marketing strategies
  • Turn performance data into clear recommendations and strategies for continued growth

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • 2-4+ years of hands-on SEO and digital marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, content, and local SEO
  • Demonstrated experience improving organic rankings and traffic
  • Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar tools
  • Experience creating and managing content for business social media platforms
  • Strong understanding of keyword strategy, search intent, and content optimization
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
  • Curiosity around AI-powered search and how digital discovery is evolving
  • Someone who can independently identify opportunities and take ownership of results
Bonus Points
  • Experience supporting a multi-location business
  • WordPress, HTML, or CSS knowledge
  • Experience with schema and structured data
  • Google Ads experience
  • Conversion rate optimization or backlink strategy experience
