This full-time position requires an onsite presence in the Bethel community, with a primary focus on providing home care. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients in their homes, assessing functional limitations and identifying specific rehabilitation needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques such as exercise, stretching, and manual therapy.
• Effectively document treatment regimens, patient responses, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.
• Reassess and refine treatment goals as needed based on patient progress, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes.
• Advise patients on the use of assistive devices and modify living environments to enhance comfort and safety.
• Provide education and support to patients, caregivers, and families about treatment methods, self-care strategies, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Participate in ongoing professional training and development initiatives to stay current with best practices and evolving healthcare standards.

As a Physical Therapist at Websteridence, you will work closely with a diverse range of patients, including children recovering from sports injuries, adults recuperating from surgical procedures, and elderly clients aiming to regain their independence after falls or chronic illness. Your role is crucial in helping these individuals enhance their quality of life, regain their physical capabilities, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in computer and word processing skills to maintain documentation and communication.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should ideally have at least two years of experience in a related field, although those with less experience who are eager to learn and grow will also be considered. The role requires a strong desire to work within a team-oriented culture that focuses on patient-centric outcomes.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, which is complemented by an attractive benefits package.
