Job description

We are seeking a polished, driven Sales Manager to join the Majestic Inn and Spa. This role is responsible for generating revenue through guest room blocks, banquet events, weddings, private celebrations, corporate functions, and select community events while delivering an exceptional client experience from inquiry to event completion.
Responsibilities
  • Sell and coordinate room blocks, weddings, private events, corporate events, and community gatherings.
  • Respond to leads, conduct site tours, prepare proposals, and manage contracts.
  • Partner with clients on event details including space needs, room blocks, menus, timelines, billing, and special requests.
  • Collaborate with operations, banquet, culinary, front office, and leadership teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, planners, vendors, and local organizations.
  • Represent the hotel at networking events, bridal shows, conferences, and community functions.
  • Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and sales activity.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hotel sales, catering sales, event planning, or related hospitality experience preferred.
  • Experience with weddings, banquet events, and group room blocks strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Professional appearance and guest-focused service style.
