Faculty Manager - Fall Season (2026-2027 School Year)
Reports To: Athletic Director
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Faculty Manager for the 2026-2027 school
year. This role is vital to the success of our athletic programs and game day operations. The
Faculty Manager will coordinate and oversee the logistics of all home games and athletic
events, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for teams, officials, and fans.
Time Commitment:
This is a seasonal position with varying time requirements throughout the school year:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage game day operations, including set-up and tear-down of all athletic events.
- Serve as the primary liaison for referees, ensuring timely arrival and a professional
experience.
- Oversee team interactions and maintain a positive and organized environment for home
and visiting teams.
- Engage with fans and spectators to promote a welcoming and respectful atmosphere.
- Secure and manage the cash box for ticket sales; ensure proper lock-up procedures are
followed.
- Work closely with the athletic director, athletic trainer, and custodial staff to
coordinate facility readiness and resolve any issues promptly.
- Ensure all safety and school policies are upheld during events.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during athletic seasons.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, public-facing role.
- Prior experience in athletic event management or related work is preferred but not
required.
Compensation:
This position offers a supplemental pay based on seasonal duties and hours.
