Summary
This position will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring accurate print downs and maintaining a high-quality document preparation for scanning, and post scanning. This position runs multiple printers and/or scanners simultaneously in a high production environment and ensures documents are scanned/printed accurately.
Essential Functions
  • Review the routing form to verify the type of document being scanned.
  • MISC, Retrieval, Loanpack, Recorded Documents.
  • Ensure all documents are scanned.
  • Run all steps so all documents can be viewed.
  • Ensure that there are the same number of documents scanned as the transmittal says.
  • Run all scanning steps.
  • Route appropriate documents to post scanning.
  • Ensure routing form, documents and the transmittal all match.
  • Ensure collateral files go back in a box and are routed to image QC for verification.
  • Runs all steps so all documents can be viewed.
  • Route the docs that have to be post scanned will be routed to post scanning.
  • This position will have KPI metrics based on the number of tasks completed as well as the ability to maintain an acceptable error rate.

Working Conditions
Work is performed in a climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon the office or meeting location. Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Physical Demands and Activities
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to communicate. The employee Choose an item. is required to remain stationary.
