Job description

The Large Format Digital Print Specialist is responsible for operating equipment, some graphic design and finishing assistance. Since this position serves as a liaison between customers and our production team, excellent customer service skills are necessary. This is a fast-paced environment and the scope of work includes: clarifying product details, establishing priorities, expediting production workflow, ordering required materials and completing maintenance and trouble shooting for equipment (HP 3600, Epson, Arizona 6170, EOS). Excellent problem solving skills are necessary, as is the ability to meet deadlines and share knowledge on techniques and processes. This position has no supervisory responsibilities, however, there is a close working relationship with the staff in several departments to ensure that all details are fulfilled as shown on customer's order.

Requires a minimum of 1 year experience in large format printing on HP 3000/3600, Epson, Arizona or EOS machines. Software knowledge should include Caldera. Familiarity with sublimation machine a plus. Energetic environment in brand new facility.
