HVAC - FULL TIME. Local retirement and nursing home seeking full time experienced HVAC technician. Experience in residential and commercial HVAC, including chillers, PTACs, split units, and commercial kitchen refrigeration units. Background check and screenings. Good oral communication, work with minimum supervision, good interpersonal skills with staff and senior residents. Good attendance. Valid Texas Drivers License, Universal HVAC/EPA certification.
