JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparing Parcel Plats and Plans for Right-of-Way Engineering projects.
• Calculating and creating right-of-way parcels for land acquisition.
• Communication with clients and internal groups/employees in a professional manner.
• Interact effectively with others including consulting firms partnering with Egis, INDOT staff, local government agency staff and Egis staff.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Knowledge in the current version of AutoCAD/C3D a must.
• Knowledge in MicroStation considered a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and Adobe.
• INDOT prequalification and prior experience with Right-of-Way Engineering projects considered a plus.
• Complete competence working well independently and on a team.
• Applicant must possess high ethical standards, have a strong sense of commitment to self-development, teamwork, and a desire to work in a deadline-driven team environment.
