Local drivers are responsible for picking up and delivering goods or passengers within a set radius, allowing them to return home at the end of their shift. This job often involves multiple stops, frequent loading and unloading, and interacting with customers. Local drivers usually have set schedules and benefit from familiar routes and regular hours, making it a popular choice for those seeking work-life balance.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a local driver, and why are they important?

To excel as a Local Driver, you need a valid commercial driver's license (CDL), a clean driving record, and strong knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
