Job Overview
We are seeking a bilingual detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, providing clerical support, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. This role requires strong customer service skills and basic computer skills including email.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
  • Assisting Examiners by greeting clients, registering, and taking payments.
  • Scanning and filing.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Team work but can also work alone.
  • Work Schedule Tuesday through Saturday 9am-6pm.
