Our client is seeking a professional and personable Clerk to support their local office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for individuals seeking vocational rehabilitation services, many of whom have multiple disabilities. The Clerk plays a mission-critical role in ensuring timely, compassionate, and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and assist walk-in consumers at the local office
  • Support counselors and supervisors with clerical duties related to consumer case loads
  • Make appointments for counselors, supervisors, and management as needed
  • Ensure timely communication regarding referral services and relevant information
  • Address consumer concerns, requests, and complaints by routing to appropriate individuals
  • Perform accurate data entry into the MIS system
  • Learn and utilize various electronic and manual recording/information systems
  • Perform other duties as required
