Temporary Administrative / Data Entry Associate (4-Month Contract)
Location: Cranbury, NJ
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
We are partnering with a growing organization in Cranbury, NJ to hire a Temporary Administrative / Data Entry Associate for an approximately 4-month assignment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on support work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Position Overview:
This role is primarily focused on administrative support and data entry. While it sits within an accounting-related team, there is no Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable work involved-the most technical aspect will be entering numerical data accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
  • Provide support with compliance-related documentation
  • Assist with general office upkeep and team support (including light tasks such as unloading the dishwasher)
  • Communicate effectively with internal team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • ****Prior experience in construction, engineering, HVAC, or service-related industries a plus****

Schedule:
