About the job Data Entry Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Kitter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately matching inventory to orders, visually inspecting products, packaging items for shipment, and using a PC to update order and inventory information.
Responsibilities include:

  • Matching inventory items to customer orders.
  • Visually inspecting products for any damage or defects.
  • Packaging products securely for shipment.
  • Using a PC to update order status and inventory levels in our system.
  • Maintaining accurate records of orders and inventory.
  • Assisting with inventory organization and stock management.
  • Following all safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Performing other related tasks as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to visually inspect products for quality.
  • Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency.
  • Ability to lift and move packages as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
