Location: Albuquerque, NM
Schedule: M-F
Pay rate is $19.00 to $21.00
Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will play an important role in supporting daily office operations, coordinating communications, maintaining records, and assisting leadership with administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for internal teams and leadership.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential information.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and visitors.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event planning as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, document management, and general office administration.
  • Support department projects and ensure deadlines are met.
