Role Summary
As a Project Manager at Property Masters, you will oversee multiple construction and renovation projects while ensuring quality, efficiency, and exceptional client satisfaction. You'll be the driving force on each job site-coordinating subcontractors, solving problems, and keeping projects on track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate material, labor, and equipment estimates based on each client's scope of work.
  • Lead subcontractor meetings to establish timelines, clarify expectations, and determine necessary permits.
  • Prepare project bid status reports to ensure compliance with specifications and contract requirements.
  • Oversee subcontractors to ensure projects progress smoothly and stay on schedule.
  • Conduct weekly on-site visits for open projects; provide updates to corporate teams and clients.
  • Identify challenges, client concerns, and potential roadblocks-and deliver effective, timely solutions.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of construction management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of general construction and estimating.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across various phases of construction.
  • Understanding of local/state building codes and permitting requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.
