Job description

Growing local construction company seeking to hire construction laborers to join their team!

All positions are full-time, long-term roles. We currently are hiring for local positions where you are home every night.

Candidates will be working on commercial roofing projects. All of the work is on flat roofs. Candidates will be removing old roofs, and installing new roofs on the job sites. Candidates will be using hand tools, power tools, and a tape measure throughout the day. Candidates will also be lifting up to 75 pounds frequently throughout the day.

Most weeks candidates will be working four 10 hour shifts. It is not always guaranteed, but if the weather cooperates, candidates will work Monday - Thursday, if there are days candidates cant work due to weather, employees will have to work Fridays and occasionally on a Saturday (if multiple work days in the week are cancelled due to weather).

Candidates must:

  • Be comfortable working outside, in the elements
  • Be able to work a physically intense job, lifting up to 75 pounds frequently throughout the shift
  • Be able to read a tape measure
  • Be comfortable using hand and power tools throughout the shift
  • Have 6+ months of experience in construction work, outdoor labor work, or general labor type of experience
