About the Role:
Moltz Construction Inc. is looking for a Skilled Laborer to support a wastewater treatment plant project Henderson Mill, located in Parshall, CO, near Silverthrone. The project consists of extensive excavation, concrete, interior piping, and equipment work. The project is scheduled to last for 2+ years.
As a Skilled Laborer at Moltz, you will:
  • Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor on water and heavy concrete construction projects; performs manual work in preparing surfaces for paving.
  • Maintain a clean job site: picks up all tools and equipment and secures job site each day to eliminate potential hazards.
  • Perform materials handling and storage.
  • Provide labor support as needed for specialty crews.
  • Load and unloads trucks and hauls and hoists materials.
  • Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed. Brings problems to the attention of the Foreman, Safety Manager or Human Resources

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
  • Perform good manual dexterity and multilimbed coordination.
  • Ability to work overtime including nights and weekends if required to meet project schedule.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary- $24.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience
