MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bartending certification preferred (where applicable).

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of bartending or high-volume restaurant/bar experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and POS systems required.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation.
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service and state/local regulations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Greet and engage guests, take orders, and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, including counters, equipment, and glassware.
  • Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift.
