Little Ruby’s is seeking experienced Bartenders to join our team at our West Village location.


Little Ruby’s is an Australian-inspired neighborhood restaurant known for its welcoming atmosphere, vibrant dining rooms, and strong local following. Our bars are fast-paced and hospitality-driven, serving a mix of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and café favorites throughout busy lunch, brunch, and dinner services.


We are looking for bartenders who thrive in high-volume NYC restaurants, take pride in great hospitality, and can execute consistently during busy services.


Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following house recipes and service standards
  • Provide warm, engaging hospitality to guests at the bar and throughout the dining room
  • Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and menu offerings
  • Execute service efficiently in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
  • Work closely with servers, barbacks, and management to ensure smooth service
  • Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • Assist with opening and closing duties including bar setup, breakdown, and restocking
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in high-volume New York City restaurants or bars
