  • Lead application delivery teams responsible for the build, operation, and enhancement of Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS)
  • Direct end-to-end engineering delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies
  • Partner with client stakeholders, product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to align delivery with program objectives
  • Establish delivery governance, issue escalation, and performance reporting to support stable operations and continuous improvement
  • Develop and coach engineering and delivery leaders while driving accountability for execution and client service

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams that include engineering, testing, architecture, and product or business stakeholders
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
