Amazon, one of the top 100 companies in the United States, has an immediate opening for a IT Equipment Coordinator in our Fulfillment Center. Fulfillment Centers throughout the U.S. handle millions of items from tens of thousands of vendors and ships them across the globe each day. The successful IT Equipment Coordinator will be responsible for utilizing their skills to provide assistance to the operations team by maintaining IT inventory, coordinating ordering, delivery, and audits of assets assigned to the IT department, and maintaining general standardized housekeeping of all IT areas. Responsibilities include allocation and maintenance of IT equipment throughout the Fulfillment Center. IT Equipment Coordinators are also responsible for the RMA and repair process for all devices under warranty. The IT Equipment Coordinator is a member of the larger IT team within the Fulfillment Center and will specifically support the IT Support Technicians and IT Support Engineers in daily projects and activities as directed. This position reports directly to the IT manager for the location.

Key job responsibilities
Candidate must have a solid understanding of computers and computer related equipment (i.e. printers, scanners, storage devices, monitors, etc.). Must be willing to perform cable management, inventory, and equipment audits routinely.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts
- Experience managing inventory in warehousing, retail or distribution setting
- Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Can bend and lift equipment up to 49 lbs throughout the shift
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with QA, testing, helpdesk, IT support, or any technician or quality assurance type work
- Experience managing inventory in a retail or distribution setting
- Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments
- Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
