Job description

Construction materials Group is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a Flatbed truck with a capacity of less than 26000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). The position requires driving a flatbed as well as Stocking, Cleaning, and Maintaining a Construction Accessories warehouse, Monday through Friday. No Weekends!

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a flatbed dump and/or stake body truck
  • Load and unload cargo, assisting customers in product placement
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
  • Properly track and document activity log
  • Report any issues or incidents to local manager
  • Inspect truck before and after trip
  • Load/unload incoming freight and store customers
  • Stock warehouse shelves with incoming freight
  • Maintain clean and safe warehouse

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields a plus
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent driving record
  • Ability to handle physical workload lifting to 94#
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to be productive without supervision
  • Pre-employment drug test required
