We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a local refrigerated delivery route based in Lynchburg, VA. This position offers daily home time, steady miles, Sundays off, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Drivers deliver refrigerated freight to retail locations using automatic day cab equipment while enjoying a consistent local schedule.

Pay & Compensation
  • Average Weekly Earnings: $1,500–$1,600
  • Average Annual Earnings: Approximately $83,300
  • Mileage Pay: $0.74 CPM
  • Stop Pay: $20 per stop
  • Average Weekly Miles: Approximately 1,500 miles
Sign-On Bonus
  • $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
    • $1,000 after 30 days
    • $1,000 after 60 days
    • $1,000 after 90 days
Additional Pay
  • Referral Bonus: $500

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain DOT compliance and accurate logs
  • Provide professional customer service during deliveries
