Job Description
  • Painting and sweeping of mechanical and equipment rooms
  • Maintenance of lighting in mechanical, equipment rooms, service, and public areas.
  • Maintaining order in the tool and supply rooms and workshops.
  • Recording electrical and water meter readings.
  • Performing the work with minimum disruption
  • Conducting immediate cleanup of work area.
  • Returning tools to the workshop and unused supplies to the storeroom
