We're seeking an experienced Loan Processor to support our specialized divorce-focused lending practice. This full-time position is designed for a seasoned mortgage professional who thrives working independently on complex files.
Your work directly impacts clients navigating one of life's most challenging transitions. You'll be part of a specialized practice where attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality are paramount. This position offers the autonomy of remote work while contributing to meaningful outcomes for divorcing clients who need expert financial guidance.

Responsibilities
• Competently calculate income
• Collect and verify necessary financial documentation, such as credit reports, to complete mortgage loan applications and determine creditworthiness
• Act as a liaison between applicants, mortgage brokers, loan officers, real estate agents, and mortgage lending underwriters to help further loan approval
• Ensure loan files meet lending and regulatory guidelines and policies
• Assist in preparing divorce mortgage planning reports
Qualifications
Preference will be given to applicants who reside in Montana, Washington, or Oregon. Please indicate your state of residence when completing the application questions to be considered.
Must be able to competently calculate income
• Mortgage lending experience and loan knowledge required, specifically with Conventional, FHA, and VA loans
• Minimum of 2+ years of loan processing experience required
• Divorce, mortgage lending experience is preferred
• Must possess exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong analytical and time management skills
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proficient with MS Office (especially Excel); experience with Jungo and Arive mortgage software is a plus
• NMLS license or training is not required, but is desired
