Responsibilities

  • Order appraisals, title work, flood certificate, all supporting documents. This also includes correspondence with the title companies and appraisers
  • Correspond with insurance companies to get EOI (Evidence of Insurance) before the closing date
  • Complete reviews of appraisal and UCDP reports
  • Prepare loan documentation including but not limited to modifications, credit report authorizations, and extensions
  • Complete verification of employment prior to closings
  • Assist with customer service including phone calls and online messaging
  • Process payoff requests
  • Assist with collection correspondence and tracking
  • Assist with indexing and reviewing loan files to Synergy
  • Assist with processing draw requests
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of general banking operations and lending procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in documentation and records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and banking software systems.

Education and Experience
