Job description

This position provides administrative and operational support to the Mortgage department by assisting entire mortgage team with daily activities that ensure efficient and exceptional customer experience. This position serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting the office and is responsible for maintaining organization, supporting loan operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers
  • Receive documentation
  • Assist customers with signing routine documentation
  • Answering calls
  • Provide courteous, professional service

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous administrative, banking, mortgage or customer service experience preferred.
