Job description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Operations Analyst to support back-office loan servicing functions. This role is focused on the day-to-day operations of loan servicing, including payment processing, maintenance, exception handling, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in loan operations within a financial institution and a strong understanding of loan servicing processes across commercial and/or consumer portfolios. This individual will support process improvements, assist with operational projects, and help maintain and enhance workflows within systems such as Jack Henry Enterprise Workflow or similar platforms.
This is an operations-focused role requiring practical loan servicing experience. It is not an IT or software development position.
If you have a minimum 3 years of experience in banking operations, data analysis, or loan servicing and a strong understanding of commercial lending operations, we'd love to talk with you.
